I mean, it does sound good and it's a well sampled set but it doesn't give me that "I'm playing a real guitar" feeling as much as the others I use on a regular basis. and it might just be personal taste or it might be that I have been spoilt by using other emulations. Like yourself I was pretty blown away by the demos they posted up so I picked up the 'Strawberry' based on that fact and to be honest I was slightly disappointed when I finally got a chance to work hands on with it.įor some reason. I realized after I read back through my last post that I didn't actually say that much about the Strawberry guitar so. that when used with FX plugins sound very authentic too.

When I do not want to load in or use sample sets. Simply because of it's amazing tone and the natural way it sounds and reacts to my playing.įinally I also use MusicLab's RealLPC and RealStrat. I prefer Electri6ity for complex and detailed guitar emulation thought it is pricey compared to the more typical but less abled sample sets. as it stands, it is a good sample set with interesting and very usable tones.īut.

I'm hoping that one day they will properly update it for K4 or even better, K5 using it's new scripting features. My only complaints would be that it was originally programmed for K2 and honestly, they have not really updated it to work and utilize the various newer K4 features though it will work ok with K4 of course.

I own the Strawberry Electric Guitar and it's not bad at all.
